Sign Away Rights At the Dr.’s Door

The Herald Tribune is reporting of a sheriff in Sarasota County that wants doctors to have patients fill out a form waiving their constitutional rights.  This is a backwards attempt to stop patients from breaking the law for pain killer addictions.
