I saw this on Drudge Report and thought I would put up a link to The Examiner who wrote the article. It took the Federal Government 18 pages to define what a full time employee was (30 hours a week etc.)and the President does not see how this will be problematic. The article also states that over 11,000 new pages of regulations have been added because of Obamacare.
